Service Description

Term two will go for11 weeks. This class is all about teaching the children to connect their mind, body and breathe together. We focus and go deep into each yoga pose, we incorporate lots of group activity with the children. this really encourages the children to step out of their comfort zone and make new friendships while benefiting from yoga at the same time. We always end the class with a quiet time / meditation activity. This gives the students time to reflect on their day.
