Wellness Classes

Yoga Fun Day - Monday

This class is fun and interacting, we will explore new yoga poses, breathing exercises and complete mindful worksheets together. 

 

Calm The Mind - Tuesday

During this class we will teach different breathing exercises, stretch our body and calm the mind. 

We will end each class with a calming meditation and a positive story book.

This class is the perfect way to end the day.​
