Teaching Children's Yoga

I have always shared a love for yoga, when i was growing up my mum bought me yoga video's (yes that right videos hahaha). As the time went by I finally decided to attend yoga classes in person. This was life changing for me.

I recall a yoga class where the instructor asked us to walk around the room and greet fellow classmates with an enthusiastic "Hello."

This exercise made us laugh and connect with our inner child, providing a fun and engaging way to bond with others. We all immediately experienced a shift in our mindset towards a more positive and open-minded outlook.

Upon arriving home, I recall sharing the experience with my four children and husband, and we all did the exercise together. We laughed and played, and I was amazed that simply saying "hello" in an enthusiastic manner could elicit such a response.

Realizing my desire to work with children and impact their lives, I began searching for kids yoga courses online. I was overwhelmed by the numerous options available. I never imagined such courses existed or that this would become my path. I worried others might think I was wasting my time. However, I dismissed those doubts and enrolled in a course. Now, I am pursuing my passion, working with children.

Yoga is everything you need to embrace the present moment.

Yoga is a lifestyle that aids children in building coordination and strength in their bodies. It instills resilience, strength, and determination in them. Through yoga, children learn to connect with the present moment and accept what is currently occurring in their lives.
